This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to LearningDifferences.Info® LLC (“Learning Differences,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.
Subscriptions Are Generally Non-Refundable
Learning Differences provides digital subscription services. Because premium features become available immediately upon purchase, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except as described below or as required by law.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. When you cancel:
- your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again;
- your premium access remains active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for; and
- no further action is required — the subscription simply ends when the current period closes.
When Refunds May Be Granted
We may grant a refund in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges — you were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
- Billing errors — a technical or processing error resulted in an incorrect charge.
- Unauthorized transactions — a charge was made without authorization, as verified by Learning Differences and Stripe.
Refunds for the situations above must be requested within 30 days of the charge date.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and include:
- your account name and email;
- the date and amount of the charge; and
- a brief description of the reason for your request.
We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe; the time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Discretion and Legal Rights
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, Learning Differences reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
