Launching Version 2.0 took significantly longer than expected. We encountered the same challenges as
the larger community including the pandemic, labor shortages, and gaps in data. Regardless, due to the
invaluable feedback provided by our users, we are extremely happy to launch a considerably enhanced
site that includes more comprehensive information on the special education services provided by public
and charter schools across Texas as well as specific data on STAAR ALT2 testing, discipline, and
graduation metrics. Moreover, the site makes it a lot easier to find the right school for your child using
location parameters and performance data.
